997 Turbo : Intercoolers
One of the most overlooked upgrades on a 997TT is the Intercooler. Many owners upgrade turbos and run 1.2+ bar of boost producing twice the heat without addressing this issue. The primary goal of a upgraded intercooler is the lower the intake temperature, prevent detonation, and keep the car from pulling timing. Cooler intake temperatures equals horse power period. Over the years we have manufactured and tested various intercoolers on our own project cars. We have both direct replacement 3"5 sport Intercoolers as well as 4"5 race Intcoolers for higher HP applications. We use only high quality US made "Bell" cores and produce the entire intercooler inhouse.

3.5" direct replacement sport intercoolers
Our 3"5 sport intercoolers are direct replacement and do not require expensive aftermarket hoses. They are hand crafter inhouse and pressure tested to 35 PSI. We use only high quality Bell cores along with custom endtanks that come with our Cnced fittings for perfect seal with the stock intercooler hoses.
